At VessaPane, we want your memories to arrive safely and beautifully. Below is everything you need to know about how we handle shipping.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom or made-to-order items (like VessaStick prints) may require additional handling time. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard shipping via USPS or UPS, depending on size and location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping may be added in the future.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free standard shipping on orders over $50 (pre-tax, after discounts). This is automatically applied at checkout.
Packaging
All VessaPane products are packaged with care using protective materials. Prints and frames are shipped flat with reinforced packaging. A “Please Don’t Bend” stamp is included to protect your order in transit.
Delivery Issues
Once a package leaves our facility, we rely on shipping partners to complete delivery. If your tracking number shows as delivered but you have not received your item, please:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at hello@vessapane.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll do our best to make it right.
